How to create and activate a stoplist in VA text topics

Good afternoon

I'm using text topics in the VA trial environment to analyse qualitative data (we are waiting for the contract to finalize - we have purchased VA). I see that an option exists to use a stoplist (see attachment - screen shot of the options in the parsing section) but i can't figure out how. Any suggestions?

You need to prepare the stop list by loading it into VA.

In version 7.4 you open the data prep window and select tools-load stop list.

I don't have Viya version available right now, but i think you should find it near to the "data prep" there as well 🙂

I think its a different interface in Viya - I could not see an option to load a stoplist.
