How does one create a section (sheet) filter to a VA report?

I have a VA report I've created that has multiple sections (sheets). I realize using the Data area, I may "apply a data source filter".... but I wish to create a section filter... so instead of selecting every object in the section and applying the filter - I wish to select the section (sheet) in the filter section and apply the filter once instead of many times. Is this possible? -- Please someone provide me guidance. Thank you very much!!
