I accidentally applied the Report-Level to a display rule and now can't figure out how to delete it. Help please!

On the Display Rules tab, click the drop-down list that shows all of the objects in the report. Select the first item in the list, which will be the report itself. When the report is selected, you should see the rule. Click the trashcan icon to delete the rule from there.
