I have created a sas report in VA and i would like to publish it in a external site so that it can be accessible to everyone.
I followed the the process mentioned in the below URLs
Still I am unable to view the report. Please help.
Thanks
Sandeep
What happens, any error messages or more information?
Are there any routers/firewalls in between, that stops it?

Thanks Fredrike
I am getting "Site can't be reached".I am not sure about the URL also. Please let me is there is any other way to get the URL.
Easiest way to get url is to open the mail program by sending the report. IN the mail the url is given.
You might need to set guest user acces also: http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/vaag/69958/HTML/default/viewer.htm#p1l2u5w43dl0kpn140j04...

Thanks for update. I am trying to create web anonymous user its asking for shared services password .May I know where can I get this
Try pinging the VA server from outside (ping <servername>). If the server is not reachable then that suggests it is protected by firewalls and you will have to talk to your company's IT security to get both their agreement and the right firewall rules to make this happen.
Thanks for reply.Yes I am getting response from the Server after pinging it from outside.
Hello @sandeep_18,
can you open, by youself and from outside, the VA web applications?
what is the value of sas.web.csrf.referers.knownHosts and sas.web.cdps.knownHosts ( check http://support.sas.com/kb/55/044.html and https://go.documentation.sas.com/api/docsets/bimtag/9.4/content/bimtag.pdf )?
Beware, you need to restart your SAS Web Application Servers after every change, to make the changes take effect.
Do you know how is your external access configured?
- With the Reverse Proxy configuration? :your SAS Admin can check this in SAS Management Console, then the Configuration Management plugin, aond opening the properties of Visual Analytics. if the Internal and External connection have different values, you have the Reverse proxy configuration as proposed by SAS.
- With a Web Server forwarding/rewritting the URLs?

Juan
