Good morning folks,

 

I have a problem when I try to import or even open a sample table.

 

Besides, I cannot talk to my SAS Administrator today.

 

We installed SAS Visual Analytics yesterday; maybe it's a problem in the installation.

The problem with the sample data is likely explained by this SAS note.

For the error that you get about credentials, if you are on a Windows system, then your account probably does not have the Log on as a batch job local security policy. Otherwise, see this SAS note for other reasons why your account might not be able to launch a workspace server.
