Hi,

Im trying to import a csv in a VA enviroment, and getting this exception in my screen: com.sas.svcs.workspace.client.ConnectionExceptionHolder: Failed to start the server.

Looking in Object Spawner log:

[12/6/16 6:57 PM] INFO: Starting extended validation for Pooled Workspace server (level 1) - Making a connection
[12/6/16 6:58 PM] SEVERE: Insufficient information provided for a connection to the metadata server.
[12/6/16 6:58 PM] SEVERE: Objspawn was unable to launch the server SASApp - Pooled Workspace Server (A5UJ6F17.AZ000006) due to the server launch exceeding the specified wait time.
[12/6/16 6:58 PM] SEVERE: Failed to start the server.

Looking in pooled workspace server log:

ERROR: Failed to enumerate available compute nodes in the distributed computing environment. Make sure that the host and install

Does anyone have advice?

Hi @ViniciusLeal;

Have you tried to validate the Pooled Workspace server & Storedprocess server from management console ?

What error they are showing ?

Please make sure that sas spawned server account (generally it is sassrv) credentials are correct to login to worpspace server.
