Hi,

 

When trying to share a report via Email in Visual Analytics, I get the following error:

 

E-mail could not be sent because: E-mail service error.

 

i have updated the new IP in server,xml file but the  new IP did not get updated in the SAS management console also.

 

can some one pls guide step by step how to get it updated and make the email service active.

Have you completed all the steps for changing SMTP information?
