Dynamically select an image based on calculated field

I am working on a SAS VA 8.2 report and would like to dynamically select images based on a conditional logic.  For example, if the month over month value is positive, I would the report to display an image of an upward green arrow (from a png file). If not, a negative downward arrow ( from existing png file). 

Is this possible in 8.2?
