Display a text value as hyperlink

Hi

I have to display an external path in a row on a list table. How can I display that text column as a hyperlink as the data in the backend stores the url of the path of the information. Each row has a unique path to a xml file. The business wants to access this file via the url on the table.

I have attached a screenshot for reference.
