Display Segment Labels in Stacked Bar Chart?

I have followed every link I can find, but do not see a clear answer to what seems like an easy question.  I am working in VA version 7.3 hotfix 4.

I have a stacked bar chart set up like this:

My graph looks like this:

I would like the values (percentage) to show up in each segment of the bars rather than as 100% at the top/end of the bar.  For example, in the bottom bar, I'd like to see a value of 16% show up in the red section a value of 21% show up in the yellow section and 63% in the green section.

Segment labels are not available in 7.3. I checked the current release, 7.5, and segment labeling is available.
