Determine the current user in Visual Analytics and show the person's name in te dashboard

How can i determine who's looking at a dashboard so i can write on top "Welcome xxxx to this dashboard" .. and how can i use this information to filter the data shown in the dashboard (row level security) ???

In addition to applying the  row-level security using SUB::SAS.Userid, you would also have to have a data source that contained the user IDs.
