Date display format in SAS (i.e. "Visual Analytics Administration" or "Forecast Project Management")

Hi,

This is a long pet peeve of mine (sorry, we need to let it out sometimes:-). How (where) in SAS (as a SAS Admin), can you set the date display (ex: yyyy-mm-dd) for tools like "Environment Manager", "Visual Analytics Administration" or "Forecast Project Management"?

It seems like it's a secret buried in the bowls of a North Carolina office somewhere!
