Customize Alert

I would like to ask if there's away to customize the alert message. Our user want alert to have a subject title. TIA.

Hello @Carrot17,

 

as far as I know, probably you hace a template for the alert on your SAS Content Server (WebDAV). But I would definetely contact SAS Technical Support to locate the right one for you.
