I created a report in VA (version 7.5) that needs to be shared with users via another website which provides the authentication mechanism. We want to avoid users having to login twice (first to the authenticating website and then to VA) and, to this end, are trying to configure Web Server Authentication.

The VA documentation (and SAS support we’ve spoken to) says this is possible and one of the steps includes configuring an HTTP request header that sends the credentials that are then verified in the SAS metadata, then users are passed through to view the VA report. Does anyone have a .net example of a successful HTTP header that accomplishes this task? The VA documentation gives a basic example of the HTTP request header code and this is where we’re stuck: we haven’t been able to successfully customize the example header with the program language we're using (Visual Studio 2010 (.NET 4.0)) to pass the user credentials.
