Hola Explorers!, encontré este artículo del 2019:

Connect Web Map Tile Service/Web Map Service to SAS Viya 3.4:

                  Gracias!

Thanks for the additional details. Unfortunately SAS Visual Analytics only supports geo data providers for any map specific rendering. At this point data has to be provided by either SAS Viya CAS tables or Esri map feature services. There have been requests to add support for additional platforms such as OWS/WMS but I don't have details on when this capability is expected.

Hi Fabricio,

SAS Visual Analytics supports different types of map base layers including Open Street Map and Esri ArcGIS map tile services. If you have an Esri ArcGIS Online or Enterprise Portal or your own custom OSM server - you can configure your SAS Viya environment following details at https://go.documentation.sas.com/doc/en/calcdc/3.5/calconfig/n08000sasconfiguration0admin.htm#n08043... (specifically the related map service). We do not support Esri WebMaps directly - but you can follow https://communities.sas.com/t5/SAS-Communities-Library/ESRI-web-maps-in-SAS-Visual-Analytics-8-2-now... to configure a related data-driven object. Native support is currently under development.

If your question is in regard to importing specific GIS content such as centroids, polylines or polygonal shapes - this can be achieved by registering a geo data provider. Details can be found at https://go.documentation.sas.com/doc/en/vacdc/8.5/vareportdata/p031vp9uc5y5iun0zipy3c1trkqn.htm

Hope this helps. Falko

ps. you may want to consider writing your questions in English as the majority of users will be able to read and better understand your use case.

Hi @FalkoSchulz, good day, we are already solving the Base Maps insertion with the tools that SAS VIYA brings, we use ESRI Maps, it is about connecting from SAS VIYA to a GeoServer that has defined layers, here are some examples:

http://catastro.neuquen.gov.ar/nqn_ide/services/IDE/Catastro/MapServer/WFSServer

http://sigepen.neuquen.gov.ar:8080/geoserver/ows

http://geosalud.neuquen.gov.ar/geoserver/ows

These map services, layers and GeoServers are accessible from GIS tools such as ArcGIS Pro or QGIS.

I am following this guide, but I still can't connect to these URLs:

https://documentation.sas.com/doc/es/vacdc/8.5/datahub/n08ysqrqe3rexzn1c5gwo61noixg.htm#p12i2jvifw6i...

The purpose of the connection to GeoServers is to obtain that information directly, avoiding having to download it, process it and import it into SAS VIYA as a Geo Data Provider file.

I hope I have been clear in my approach and in the results we are expecting from the platform.

Thanks! ,

Fabricio
