Cleaning Data in SAS Visual Analytics

I am new to SAS Visual Analytics. I have a column in which i want to make zero missing. I know how to do it in base SAS. I can do it in base SAS and import the file again in SAS Visual Analytics. But i want to do it in SAS VA only as i want to learn how to clean data in SAS VA itself. Any help would be highly appreciated!

Hi Ujjawal,

I might be misunderstanding your question, but SAS Visual Analytics doesn't clean data.  You can use SAS Visual Data Builder to work with tables, columns, filters, and joins before you explore your data or create reports.  For more information, see the Overview of SAS Visual Data Builder in the SAS Visual Analytics 7.3 User's Guide.

SAS Visual Data Builder isn't my area of expertise.  I will have to ask around to see if I can find the answer.

The visual data builder is basically a SQL generator which means that you should be able to use case statements for instance.

You can create a custom calculation in SAS VA to do this task.  Shown below.
