Changing Outline depending on the parameter selection SAS VA

I am trying to design a dashboard where the charts/graphs has to change based on the user selection of a parameter (Button-Bar). Is there anyway that we could associate an outline with a selection of parameter so that choosig the parameter will decide on what graphs/ charts can be displayed?

Could you do that using tabs, either using the tab container och tabs in the report?
