Best Practices for Data Loading

Hi All,

On the anvil of starting our first project on VA,  Hence would like to understand if there is any  Best practices available via documentation / Whitepaper ,

Primarily centric on the form of data to load whether we should load a Detailed Table or a Star Schema,

Also how VA reports can be surfaced via a third party Portal available for public access

Any help would be highly valuable
