Bar Charts display percents

Hello, How do you get the frequency to display for all on a bar chart.    I'm fairly new SAS user and I see where my frequency displays on the top of each but I want the numbers inside the display to be on the view without having to hover.  My executives like to see it at a quicker glance.  Thanks so much
