I have been assigned some tasks, including adding new users. However, I have limited knowledge about SAS Viya administration. Could someone please provide me with a step-by-step process for creating a new user?

SAS Viya pulls the list of users from the authentication providers typically LDAP/AD.
New users would need to be added at the authentication provided level.
Manual addition is not possible directly into SAS Viya.
