Hi Teja,

When you start creating a report, in the left side we have Objects Tab .You have to select first Crosstab/list tab/graphs. On top of it you can see drop controls here,  there you have  drag and drop -drop down list  from objects tab. I am currently using sas VA 6.3 Version. Representations  may change from version to version.

Thanks,

sandeep.

Hi Teja,

From what you describe, it seems you are after a report prompt which is new in SAS Visual Analytics 7.1. Within the user guide there are steps on how to use a control to create a report prompt, SAS(R) Visual Analytics 7.1: User's Guide - report prompt

Let us know if this meets your requirement.

Kind Regards,

Michelle
