This is quite generic and perhaps you could post additional info/screenshots/logs regarding the error you got. People in the community will be able to help you out more if you provide some of this stuff.

 

Some questions:

  • Have you checked if the services for your WebApp Servers are up and running?
  • Did you restart all the services in the correct sequence?
