James Harroun has led technology and information systems teams through analytical transformations in health, consumer goods, retail, and higher education domains. In his career, James has led interdisciplinary teams to champion data science tools including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced infrastructure. His work has included data integration, the validation and curation of big data, and aligning organizations’ big data structures with analytical needs and ROI. James is a certified SAS programmer and machine learning specialist and is the Global Software Lead for education and academic software at SAS Institute.
