I have moved and renamed the topic (all caps is not a good method when posting online).  Your topic seems a bit vague, are you asking how you should proceed with learning requirements?  If so then that depends on what you intend doing and what field you are going into.  The software used for finance is different to pharma for instance.

If you are talking in general then I could give some thoughts on my opinions, not sure that would help.  Maybe clarify you request somewhat.
