From the SAS website it looks like this is part of a package of classes and not offered as a stand alone.
The recommended prerequisites are:
Before attending this course, you should have experience with SAS programming basics and data manipulation techniques, as well as familiarity with SQL processing. You can gain this experience by completing SAS Programming 1: Essentials, SAS Programming 2: Data Manipulation Techniques and SAS SQL 1: Essentials courses.
My experience with SAS training is that if you have equivalent skills if not the exact course completed you should be okay. If you haven't taken those courses I would expect 6 months to several years of experience would be needed depending on how much time you spend with SAS and the complexity of tasks completed.
