Can't set up the practice data for the SAS Base Certification Prep Guide using SAS Studio

I'm trying to set up the practice data set for the Base Certification Prep Guide but for some reason I'm not able to add a file folder in the SAS Studio navigation pane to direct to the 'cert' folder on my desktop. Any idea why the 'new folder' option would not be available to me? I feel like I must be missing something very obvious here but it seems like I'm stuck unless I can create that folder, right? I'm running Studio on the latest version of Chrome on MacOS Big Sur 11.0.1.

Meant to mention, I'm running Studio through SODA.
