update failed

hello team ,i tried to update the sas on virtual box but the update has been failing again n again . i am using mac .i downloaded the update to resolve the issue while conneting localhost:10080

Try to download the virtual box that is suitable for mac. check online. If again you are facing any issues, delete the existing, download again and try. Attach the screenshot of error mesage.

Hi @2anandjha, are you using University Edition? If so, there's a known issue that we're working to resolve. We're doing a live tutorial tomorrow (details here on the Analytics U Community) or you can try the steps provided here, which have worked for some people.

still same issue .i again downloaded but update failed.it got downloaded
well .
