Hi:

In SAS for Windows, I typically use the +/- symbols next to the line numbers to minimize/collapse sections of code (procedures, data steps, etc) within the editor, so that I can run sections of a long SAS program. Is there a similar feature in SAS Studio?

I appreciate your help with this. Other than this, SAS Studio has been vastly more user-friendly.

The current versions of SAS Studio 3.x do not have the ability to collapse and expand sections of code. This is on the roadmap and will be available in a future release.

Keep your feedback coming so that we can continue to make Studio even more user-friendly.

Thank you for the response and the news of this feature being in a future release. I hope it makes the cut soon.

For now, my best workaround is using ctrl/command "-" to shrink the font size temporarily while I select long sections of code.
