It has been a while.  I had a problem last July with a fresh installation of SAS Studio 3.6 on Windows 10.

It won't accept the JRE location. 

I explained it here:

So is there anyway to get an update for the software to see if will work now?

It sounds like you have a full SAS license, not SAS UE or SAS through an academic license. 

If that's the case please contact SAS Tech Support and they'll walk you through how to resolve the issue.
