Well, the message says it all. You are trying to use a dataset that does not exist. If you are importing the data from somewhere, look at the log of that step.

If you imported that data in another session, you need to repeat that process. WORK is transient and deleted with all its contents when a SAS session closes. To preserve data across sessions, use a library other than WORK.

You specified DATA=WORK.IMPORT on the PROC CORRESP statement. The DATA= option specifies the input data set and so obviously it must already exist. The error message indicates this dataset does not exist. Perhaps you had an error in an earlier step that prevented this dataset being created, thus generating this error?
