Check your log. An output data set should have been created by default.

1 OPTIONS NONOTES NOSTIMER NOSOURCE NOSYNTAXCHECK;
57
58 title2 'Using METHOD=AVERAGE';
59 proc cluster data=sashelp.mileages(type=distance) method=average pseudo;
60 id City;
61 run;

NOTE: The input data set is a TYPE=DISTANCE data set. For such a data set, the procedure requires that the order of the rows match
the order of the variables.
NOTE: Input distances have been squared.
NOTE: The data set WORK.DATA1 has 19 observations and 11 variables.
NOTE: PROCEDURE CLUSTER used (Total process time):
real time 7.84 seconds
cpu time 0.64 seconds

You can control the name with the OUTTREE option.

title2 'Using METHOD=AVERAGE';
proc cluster data=sashelp.mileages(type=distance) method=average pseudo outtree=myGroups;
  id City;
run;
