cannot sign in to sas ondemand for academics

I cannot sign in to SAS, I need to go to onDemand for academics dashboard. If my user id is my email id and the password is the same with which I logged in to this page then why am I not able to login. Please help me with this.

when you enter your user ID do not enter the part after the at sign.

if your user id is someone@aol.com enter someone for the user id.

if your user id is myid@aol.com enter myid for the user id.

It does not work. SAS suggests e-mail or user ID as userID
