THere is not enough information here for us to try to help. Where are you trying to access SAS Studio? at work? using SAS On Demand for Academics? maybe you are still using a deprecated version of SAS University Edition? If you are using SAS at work, please contact your SAS Administrator for assistance. If you are using SAS On Demand for Academics, please check out the FAQ section (https://support.sas.com/ondemand/caq_new.html#signOn)
