Where is the New Query option with GUI in SAS Studio 3.8 for viya

The same is available in sas university edition  and the screenshot is attached

The SAS Studio releases currently available on SAS Viya have a subset of features available to the SAS Studio available on 9.4.  It's really confusing, I know, and hopefully a short term issue.  The quickest way to say it is that the Viya Studios are programming only - that is, they don't have the assistive, SAS Enterprise Guide like features such as process flow, query builder, and so on.  You can see more detail in this documentation.  R&D is working on the next release, likely Studio 5.2, which should bring these features to Viya and the ultimate goal is for a Studio 5.x release to be available for both Viya and 9.4 so we have similar feature sets on each.

We don't have an official date yet, unfortunately.  I'd expect the time frame to be late 2019/early 2020.
