Upgrading current vesion 3.3 (Enterprise edition)

Currently I am using SAS Studio web base 3.3 edition. Can this version be upgrade to the latest 3.7 without any charges.

If so, where can I find the link to upgrade? thank you.

The upgrade of SAS Studio is part of a maintenance level of SAS, so you need to install that.
