Hi everyone,

I have just installed SAS Studio but when I start it in Firefox, I see the message:

 Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Apache PivotalWebServer Server at localhost Port 10080

This shows up after I click Start SAS Studio in the SAS Information Center. Does anyone know what the problem could be and how I can solve it?

Even though I didn't solve the issue, I wanted to let you know that I got SAS to work. I tried re-downloading both SAS and VirtualBox, both didn't work. I then uninstalled VirtualBox and instead downloaded VMWare, after which I got SAS University Edition to work as it should.

Not sure what went wrong with VirtualBox though. I did find out that SAS apparently needed an update, but when I tried to update, it somehow didn't work (even though I had only just downloaded the most recent SAS file). It also performed an update right after installing when I used VMWare, but continued to work there.
