SAS Studio Error -- HTTP Status 404 - /SASLogon/login

I've been using SAS Studio on a dedicated server for some time now and today I am unable to access the login page.  I've attempted to login on Chrome, Firefox, IE and Microsoft Edge but "HTTP Status 404 - /SASLogon/login".  Clearing the cache and history did nothing and I've opened a ticket with SAS technical support. Has anyone experienced this?  What did you do for a fix?

If it's in your own server you need to verify the server is running properly. 

There isn't much we'll be able to assist with this so Tech Support is the correct track.

Thanks for your reply Reeza.  I'm able to login to the server and pull documents down so I'm not sure where the problem is occuring.
