SAS Studio keeps crashing when signing in and I haven't had this issue before. It signs in then gets stuck on the loading page until the browser crashes and closes.
Other members of my team are able to log in fine but are experiencing space issues which I believe is related looking at a similar topic.

I have tried logging in using multiple browsers and have also cleared my browsing history and cookies which should fix the issue however the same problem occurs.
What can I do?
Try to clear browser history.

You cleared all these cached items, correct?
- Cookies and other site and plugin data
- Cached images and files
- Hosted app data
Have you tried deleting your temp files - type %temp% in the Start > Search field.?
What browser are you using? What version is it?
Yes, I tried all those things. It was in Chrome although I also tried in IE.
In the end IT managed to resolve the issue, although I am unsure exactly what the issue was.
