Hi,
I have been trying to access SAS Online studio for a at least three days now with no success. I did that through multiple computers and internet connections and it still did not work.
Does the problem lies in my connection or is the server down for some reason.
Thanks
Ubai
@Ubai are you sure you have entered your userid and password correctly using both upper and lower case characters?
I myself have made connection the last 3 days so I don't believe the SAS server is down.
@VDD I did not even get to this that window. I'm receiving the message that the site can't be reached. odamid.oda.sas.com refused to connect. This happens also when I connect from a completely different network. This also happens when I try to reach the SAS OnDemand for Academics Control Center.
Would you please try to connect to SAS online studio and see if it works.
I am connected to the SAS Studio and I am logged onto the SAS Studio right now @Ubai.
try this link https://odamid.oda.sas.com/SASStudio
@VDD That's exactly the link I am using and it is not working. Thanks for the replay. I will try to find out where the problem lies.
Does the pop up logon window display for you to enter your userid and password?
@VDD no nothing, just website can not be reached. My first thought was a local problem, but then it didn't work on two other PCs using other networks and didn't work on my cell phone either. All show the same results "Website can not be reached". Even https://status.oda.sas.com/ is unreachable.
using this link odamid.oda.sas.com takes you to here https://odamid.oda.sas.com/SASODAControlCenter/
but if you enter this https://odamid.oda.sas.com/SASStudio you will be able to log in.
note odamid.oda.sas.com is not odamid.oda.sas.com/sasstudio.
try to copy and paste this link to access SAS Studio.
https://odamid.oda.sas.com/SASStudio
I have the exact same problem starting from January 19. At first I thought it was because of the maintenance but I'm still unable to connect to the SAS Studio website.
the third bullet in your screen shot is most likely your issue.
@VDD @Wormancola I am receiving exactly the same message since the 19th as well. I also assumed at first that it was from the firewall settings, which I have NOT changed. But even now after checking firewall settings, the problem still exist.
May be someone from SAS should be informed.
I don't use proxy and disabling firewall didn't help. Still can't connect to SAS Studio from any of my devices or browsers. I haven't changed any of my network settings recently either.
@Ubai and @Wormancola Contact support@sas.com for tech support.
@VDD @Wormancola It's suddenly working now.
This message is shown now on the sign in page:
