When you delete a folder which was used by a shortcut, the shortcut is not visible anymore but still in use.
One solution is to recreate the folder in order to see the shortcut and remove it.
But what if you don't remember the name and location of the folder you deleted in first place?
I've found the solution here: https://support.sas.com/kb/64/085.html
I went to this location:
C:\Users\user-id\AppData\Roaming\SAS\SASStudio\Preferences\.
I copied the file SWE.folderShortcuts.key on my Desktop
and opened the file using a text editor to find the location of my shortcurt.
