There is any possibility to uses PROC GPLOT on SAS University Edition or at least the same funtions? (The PROC SGPLOT is a quite different)

SAS UE doesn't support the Graph procedures, so no. 

SGPLOT is different, but I find it much easier to use and you get better quality graphics. 

 

If you need specific help with a graph search robslink.com for samples.
