Proc Append Monthly Data

Hi All,

a lot rusty with SAS but getting back into using it.

I need to append monthly data sets to an existing SAS Table called HolData. The new data is in /folders/myfolders/Data/November.xlsb.

This is what I have so far - any help is appreciated.

FILENAME REFFILE '/folders/myfolders/Data/November.xlsb';

Proc append data=  out=work.HolData;

Run;

The first thing you will probably need to do is convert the file to a readable format.  Open it in Excel and save it as an XLSX file instead.
