I am interested in opening programs and projects that are stored on a network drive. In SAS EG I am able to navigate freely, just as I would in Windows Explorer. But it seems in SAS Studio I am limited to opening content that I have stored on the SAS server.
Is that correct? If so, does this imply that the only way to generate programs and projects for use in Studio is to create them within Studio, or have the files copied to the server?
If not, are there instructions on how to navigate to network folders? I searched but came up empty.
Your server administrator needs to make the network shares accessible on the SAS server. If the SAS server is Windows, you can try to use a UNC path.
