Why am I not able to sign into my SAS studio. It is constantly showing the message "signing in" but nothing happens

I can give you this 2 suggestions .Try and see...
(1)Change the Browser .
(2)Recreate your account in SAS.

Can you clarify what you mean by "recreate the VM". What steps would one take? Are these steps performable only by an administrator?
This was for a previous version of SAS University Edition that no longer exists, therefore this question/answer is no longer relevant.
If you're using Academics on Demand, then you need to contact SAS Support. If you have your own installation then contact your IT team. If you are the IT team then contact SAS Support.
