I'm having trouble making this information into SAS code but have no clue how to start? And was seeing if there is any possible way to get the mean and standard deviation for it as well? Would I have to enter the data individually in order to get each cell?

You’re trying to read that information into SAS data set? It’s possible, but manual is probably easier. Or paste into Excel and import via proc import.
