Hello,

I've run into an error i've never seen before simply trying to run my lib statement. I can't copy and paste it, but here it is:

"User sastuck@sastuck.edu has insufficient permissions to create (long file path). Contact your system administrator to resolve"

Any ideas what's going on here?

Thanks!

Hello @Cynthia_sas, I contacted SAS tech support, and it turns out that I have a SAS OnDemand for Academics account, and  I have exceeded your allowed Home Directory quota. Just needed to delete some files!

A screen shot of the LIBNAME statement that you submitted and the exact error message would be useful. Also useful would be the version of SAS you are using and whether you are accessing SAS via SAS University Edition, or a local install or SAS OnDemand for Academics, etc.

I found this previous posting, https://communities.sas.com/t5/SAS-Studio/SAS-Studio-OnDemand-Academics-insufficient-permission-to-c... but no resolution was provided.

You might want to contact Tech Support.
