Installing SAS unit edition on MAC

Hello, I'm trying to install SAS UNIV EDITION ON MY MAC, USING VIRTUAL BOX.

But I'm getting this messages:

An error occurred. No updates could be found for SAS University Edition.

And this message, when I click to start SAS studio : The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

How do I solve this problem?

You may want to contact support but it's probably a temporary issue on SAS side.
