How to create a funnel plot

Hi,

I would like to create a funnel plot for adjusted survival data for different hospitals.

So far I have done a multivariate survival analysis (cox ph model) including the different centres as factors in the model along with various other confounding factors.

I would like to see if any of the hospitals are outliers using a funnel plot rather than comparing them against a reference hospital.

I have no idea where to start, can anyone help?

The graphing portion appears to be an SGPLOT but getting data into correct format is the issue. 

See the post here - though he uses IML and you may want to use base SAS.
