in the DISP_QUEUE table in the field RTDM_RESULT there was a failure of the application 0.

Errors were detected in the application log (/ opt / sas / env / log / 04OCT2017): CLI prepare error: [DataDirect] [ODBC SQL Server Driver] Communication link failure, only the MAIN2 loop was lost. More than in any logs this error was not recorded. Database breaks did not have the connection restored automatically.

Interesting post. What is the question? If you want us to debug the error message explainig what you did and posting the log will most likely increase the number of useful responses.

@Aleksey_K

Even though the log indicates it's a generic connection issue this is still a very specific RTDM related question. Not sure how much expertise there is here in the forums and if then it's most likely in the  "SAS Customer Intelligence" space.

I suggest you also raise a SAS Tech Support track for this issue.

"General Network error", "Communication link failure", or "A transport-level error" message when an application connects to SQL Server
