i am using free online studio when i make significance test it's appear like the picture attached in this message but i need to know significance with letters so i want to know the order i can use in statistical analysis to have the significance with letter

What do you mean by letter? Is that how your data is stored?

A very good idea is to always include the CODE used to create something. There a many ways to create similar appearing output and without knowing what exactly you did suggestions are pretty hard to make. So we end up asking a lot of questions that would have often been answered by the code.

Always post your code.

 

I assume from the picture that you are using the LINES option on the LSMEANS statement to create the graph.  If you add the LINESTABLE option, the information will be printed as a table and will include columns that show "letters" such that LS-means with the same letter are not significantly different.
